Eccentric Meteorite
Flat
The Eccentric Meteorite Flat ring has an offset
hole so that a larger stone can be held than would normally be
possible with a symmetrical ring. On symmetrical rings, as
stones get larger, the ring has to get thicker in order to
accommodate the stone. The offset allows the fingers to stay
closer together while still having the larger stone. The
ring has a flat outside so could handle a round or square stone. The inlay
is genuine Gibeon Meteorite that is over 4 billion years old and
fell from outer space and landed in Namibia, Africa sometime in
prehistory. It has a unique crystalline structure due to
it cooling over millions of years in space. Metals native
to Earth don't have this unique structure. A classy
looking ring.
